New Corporation Formation & Setup $475
We offer a comprehensive corporation formation service that handles every step, from preparing and filing the Articles of Incorporation with the State of Florida to obtaining the official formation certificate and applying for and recording the Employer Identification Number (EIN). We also include the Certificate of Status to confirm the corporation’s legal standing. As an added convenience, our all-inclusive pricing covers the $75 fee to the state of Florida.
